Well, this is not something new. The throat microphones already been used by elite military forces around the world.  However the Japanese company Sanwa make it available to the public.

This microphone wraps around your neck just like a necklace. It is designed to offer better voice clarity by picking up the vibrations as you speak at your throat and transmits very clearly through the mic.

Although this throat microphone can deliver high quality sound, but the design is a bit silly. It would be better if the designer make it more stylish.
