		<description>anything called internet device or smart phone is a gimmick. Long before the ds and touch screens on PDAs, this was the obvious conclusion. Ever since the gameboy came with a phone adapter, It was pretty obvious what form factor would eventually become the norm. Too bad early adopters keep giving manufacturers the wrong idea. Wide screen format, touch screen, voice recognition, GPS, accelerometers, stereo cameras and a host of productivity tools are all standard on &#039;smart phones&#039; The only thing I&#039;m curious about is how the manufacturers are going to differentiate their products.

I predict that by the time 4G becomes a standardized implementation, there will be no smart phones or MIDS only micro PC architectures. The most important developments will be on the software side in terms of ui customization and theming. There&#039;s nothing that a human likes more than being unique.</description>
