Samsung has announced its first 12-megapixel fully touchscreen phone, the Samsung Pixon12 M8910. It is the second 12MP camera phone that announced after Sony Ericsson Satio.

AS a cameraphone, the camera of this phone is assisted by a couple of technologies for better shooting Such as it includes the fast-image saving that needs only a 2-second wait between shots. The phone is also equipped with touch auto-focus tracking and 28mm wide angle lens and has a Dedicated Camera Power Key that provides fast one-touch access to the camera functions.

What notable feature of Pixon 12 is a 3.1-inch touchscreen AMOLED display with a 10,000:1 contrast ratio. Other features including Wi-Fi and HSDPA/HSUPA fast connectivity, powered by Symbian S60 5th Edition, friendly multimedia sharing capabilities and etc.
